The IEI program functions as a “national effort” to harness the growing public momentum to bring educational reform to universities across America. The IEI program is designed to work with donors, alumni, and dissident faculty to serve as a mechanism for accountability and collaboration for the reform efforts already underway at each university.

The goal of the Ivy Excellence Initiative is to deliver resources and assistance to each alumnus or alumni group while leveraging our collective influence to keep public pressure on each IEI school’s leadership.

The importance of promoting open inquiry and fostering an environment conducive to academic excellence propels IEI into action. The Ivy Excellence Initiative not only serves as a champion of academic excellence but also as a catalyst for higher-education reform.
